OverDrive Issues

UPDATE: Earlier today we had an outage with OverDrive. OverDrive is working again but it now requires a PIN or password to sign in. This should match the password you use to access our catalog.

If you're unsure what your PIN or password is, you can either:

  • attempt to recover it on our catalog (if you don't know your username, it's usually the same as your barcode)
  • contact your local branch for help. If you call your branch, be prepared to verify your identity over the phone for security purposes.

We're sorry about this change occurring right before the weekend, it was unexpected and we'll do our best to get everyone back up and running ASAP.
