The Trails Regional Library of Warrensburg, Missouri requests qualifications for engineering services to assist in a project which may be financed with Missouri property tax revenue funding. The project consists of potential structural and hardscape systems assessment, replacement recommendations, bid specifications or scope of work for possible roof replacement and construction inspection for a building located in Warrensburg, (Johnson County) Missouri. Responsibilities of the chosen firm shall include preparation of a recommendation to improve the potential structural and hardscape including roofing systems following initial building system inspection services and inspection of replacement construction.

Trails Regional Library Board of Trustees has prepared a Request for Proposal for Banking and Investment Services for all funds held by Trails Regional Library District. It is the intent of the Board to enter into a three-year contract, with an option to extend the contract up to an additional two years.

Institutions interested in submitting a bid, should review the Request for Proposal and the supporting documents.

Any bid submitted must include the Bid Information sheet found at the end of the Request for Proposal for it to be considered.
