Ages 19+ REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Eat Smart, Live Strong: Nutrition Education for Older Adults is a program that focuses on changing behaviors by guiding participants in learning and practicing new ones! This is provided by the University of Missouri Extension.
Ages 0-5: Meet up for stories, music, dancing, a craft, and of course bubbles!
Ages 13+: Join us for a cup of tea as we discuss, read, and compose poetry.
Ages 6-12 REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Join us for a fun hands-on program that teaches kids how to prepare simple recipes and encourages them to be active and to eat healthier meals and snacks.
Ages 19+ REGISTRATION REQUIRED: You can destress with a homemade salt scrub made with natural ingredients. A great addition to your self-care practices!
Ages 19+: Do you need help but don't know where to go? Stop here, have a cup of coffee and chat with representitives from MVCAA , Compass Health and other local agencies.
Ages 0-5: Come listen to a story at the library and do a craft.
Ages 0-5: Bring your little ones for storytime! Each week we read, sing, play and learn, all while developing early literacy skills.
Ages 55+: Come and enjoy games, trivia and more!
