Ages 19+: Join us for ZUMBA! Classes have upbeat music, are designed to be fun, with participants encouraged to move to the beat. Our Zumba classes are designed for suitable for ages 13+ and all fitness levels. We will target areas such as the core, legs, and glutes.
Ages 0-5: Join us to get your wiggles out with singing and dancing. Children will use a variety of musical instruments to increase sensory development, coordination, literacy & numeracy skills. Stay and play with friends.
